TL;DR: Lordrush is currently a Generation 1 game. For most players, build Isabelle first because she is the most accessible Legendary and has the best defensive value. If you spend, Sebastian is the strongest Gen 1 rally attacker. For Bear Hunt joiners, prioritize Rita, Sebastian, Hyeri, and Miko in slot 1 because their first Expedition skills add offensive value.
Lordrush's launch roster is best understood by role, not as one flat list. A hero that is excellent for defending your city can be weak as a rally leader, and a hero that is mediocre in normal combat can still be valuable in Bear Hunt if their first Expedition skill buffs rally damage.
This guide only covers Gen 1, because Lordrush launched on July 20, 2026 and the live roster is still in the first generation. Later Kingshot generations are not included here until Lordrush actually releases equivalent heroes.
Lordrush uses three troop classes: Infantry, Archer, and Lancer. If you are cross-checking Kingshot references, Kingshot's Cavalry class maps to Lordrush Lancer.

| A | Hyeri | Archer | Epic | Bear Hunt joiner, Archer DPS | First Expedition skill gives squad Lethality |
| B | Bane | Infantry | Epic | Early defense | Defensive support, not an offensive rally pick |

Role Tier Lists
Rally Attack
| Tier | Heroes | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| S | Sebastian | Best Gen 1 offensive rally leader because his widget increases Rally Attack. |
| A | Valky | Strong paid Infantry option with squad Attack and Lethality. |
| B | Porter, Isabelle | Useful heroes, but their widgets lean defensive or utility rather than pure attack. |
| C | Rita, Miko, Hyeri, Cyprus, Flint | Good Epic heroes, but they are not long-term rally anchors. |
| Skip | Bane, Thora, Azad, Rare heroes | Defensive, narrow, or economy-focused kits. |
Garrison Defense
| Tier | Heroes | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| S | Isabelle | Best Gen 1 defensive anchor thanks to her defender Lethality widget and defensive Expedition skill. |
| A | Porter, Bane | Porter has Defender Attack and squad durability; Bane is a pure defense support. |
| B | Valky, Flint, Rita | Useful secondary defenders, especially if they are already developed. |
| C | Sebastian, Miko, Hyeri, Cyprus, Thora, Azad | Better used elsewhere or too narrow for primary defense. |
Bear Hunt Joiners
Only your slot 1 hero's first Expedition skill matters when you join another player's Bear Hunt rally. In Lordrush's data, that is the first Expedition skill shown on the hero page. Slot 2 and slot 3 only add march capacity.
| Tier | Heroes | First Expedition Value |
|---|---|---|
| S+ | Rita, Sebastian, Hyeri | Squad Lethality. These are the cleanest Gen 1 Bear Hunt joiners. |
| S | Miko | Squad Attack. Pairs well with Lethality joiners. |
| A | Flint | His second Expedition skill gives squad Attack, but his first Expedition skill is Health, so he is not as clean as Rita/Sebastian/Hyeri. |
| Avoid in slot 1 | Isabelle, Porter, Valky, Bane, Cyprus, Thora, Azad, Rare heroes | Their first Expedition skill is defensive, economic, chance-based, or otherwise not a direct Bear damage boost. |

Gen 1 Hero Notes

Sebastian is the Lordrush equivalent of Kingshot's Amadeus role. Epic Priority
Rita is the Epic to care about first for alliance damage. Her first Expedition skill, Stand of Arms, increases total-squad Lethality, which makes her a premium Bear Hunt joiner.
Miko and Hyeri are the best Archer Epics. Miko brings squad Attack and healing-speed utility; Hyeri brings squad Lethality and Research Speed. Both are worth building if you need stronger Archer damage or more Bear Hunt joiner options.
Bane is a solid defensive Epic, but he should not be your offensive priority. Cyprus has straightforward damage, Flint has sustain and support, and Thora/Azad are more specialized.
Rita
Gen 1Rita implements advanced weaponry for our soldiers, increasing the total Squads' Lethality by X.

F2P Investment Path
- Isabelle first - she is the accessible Legendary and remains your best early defensive anchor.
- Porter next if Hero Roulette is available - his construction utility is valuable even when he is not your main combat hero.
- Build Rita, Miko, and Hyeri as practical Epics - especially for Bear Hunt contribution.
- Do not overinvest Rare heroes - Rogers, Ogg, Herm, and Sylvie are economy tools.
- Skip paid-only plans unless you are spending - Sebastian and Valky are strong, but shard access matters more than paper rankings.
