Quick Summary: Hall of Governors is Lordrush's early-empire multi-stage progression event. On Gen 1 servers, it is one of the main ways to compete for Sebastian shards, but most players should focus on milestone rewards before chasing leaderboard placement.
Hall of Governors rewards players for saving the right resources and spending them on the correct stage. Construction power, research power, hero shards, Hero Roulette, troop training, resource gathering, beast rallies, Governor Gear, Governor Charms, Hero Gear, and speedups can all score depending on which HoG rotation and stage your server is running.
Lordrush launched on July 20, 2026, and current launch servers are still Generation 1. That matters: later HoG rotations can involve systems your server may not have unlocked yet. Use the later tables for planning, and check the in-game event screen before spending rare materials.
If this is your first major event, read the Lordrush beginner's guide first so your Town Center, troop queues, and alliance basics are ready. For gem and shard budgeting, use the Lordrush F2P guide and the Gen 1 hero tier list before pushing for Sebastian.
What to Save
- Construction, research, and troop training speedups
- Hero Roulette plays
- Rare, Epic, and Legendary hero shards
- Long troop queues that can finish after stage reset
- Planned Town Center, Academy, and troop-building upgrades
- Governor Gear and Governor Charm materials once your server unlocks them
- Hero Gear Forgehammers, Widgets, Mithril, and pet materials for later rotations only
The safest way to play HoG is to decide your target before each stage starts. For most free-to-play and low-spend players, daily milestone rewards are the realistic target. Ranking is only worth chasing when you are already close to a meaningful bracket and know exactly what extra spend changes.
Gen 1 Priorities
For current Lordrush launch servers, keep the plan simple:
- Protect speedups until the matching stage. Spending construction or research speedups a day early gives you progress, but no HoG points.
- Use Hero Roulette during Hero Development. Roulette is one of the most important early scoring sources, especially when it overlaps with hero shard use.
- Pre-load troop queues. Start long training queues before reset, then collect when Train Troops is active.
- Time major building and research completions. City Construction and Power Boost stages score different categories and values, so do not finish a huge upgrade casually.
- Treat Sebastian as the confirmed Gen 1 HoG target. He is a spender-leaning rally hero, so F2P players should prioritize milestones before chasing top-rank unlocks.
Stage Strategy
City Construction
City Construction is best for upgrades you already planned: Town Center prerequisites, Academy, troop camps, Embassy, and other bottleneck buildings. Do not start random low-value upgrades just because points are available.
Hero Development
Hero Development scores hero shard use and Hero Roulette plays. This is the stage where hoarded shards and event spins matter most. If your next hero star is not urgent, wait for this stage.
Train Troops
The troop table below shows why higher-tier troops matter. Promoting lower-tier troops earns the difference between the old and new troop-level values, so a stockpile of older troops can become a very efficient HoG push.
Defeat Beasts and Gather Resources
These are the most F2P-friendly stages. Keep stamina and march queues ready, and send gatherers before reset so you can collect inside the scoring window when possible.
For alliance rally coordination and offensive joiner setup, the Bear Hunt guide covers the same slot-1 hero logic that matters when your alliance is organizing damage events.
Power Boost
Power Boost is the flexibility stage. It can reward construction, research, troop power, and later gear-related materials. This is why spending everything on Stage 1 can be a mistake.
Later Gear, Charm, and Pet Stages
The structured tables include Governor Gear, Governor Charm, Hero Gear, Mithril, Truegold, and pet-skill scoring for later HoG rotations. Lordrush launch servers may not have all of those systems live yet. Once they unlock, HoG becomes one of the best double-dip windows for using saved materials.
Common Mistakes
- Spending speedups outside a scoring window
- Using hero shards before Hero Development
- Collecting completed troop queues before Train Troops starts
- Chasing Sebastian rank unlocks as F2P instead of taking milestone rewards
- Trusting later Kingshot hero names without checking Lordrush's live roster
- Ignoring the in-game point table when it differs from a saved plan
The full stage and point data is shown below. Use it as a planning baseline, then let your live Lordrush event screen win if the server version differs.
